Narrative: The donor was involved in the Boy Scout movement for many years. When he discovered that Vincent Carl Schofield, a local boy, had earned 40 proficiency badges - more than any other Boy Scout at the time, he researched Scouting and assembled materials for a display which was a tribute to Scouting in general and Vincent Schofield in particular. The materials were on display in Randall House in 2004. This Boy Scout neck scarf was part of the display.
